GET INVOLVED
WORSHIP TEAM
The Worship Team is responsible for the music time for Sunday morning worship and any special events (like Christmas Eve and Good Friday services). This team includes vocalists, instrumentalists, sound techs, and video presenters.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION TEAM
The C. E. Team is responsible arranging classes and small groups that take place at Bethlehem. This team is made up of teachers, leaders, and helpers that work with all ages groups, from pre-school to adult.
STEWARDS TEAM
The Stewards are responsible for the organization and decorating of the church building. They also help with the preparing communion, helping with weddings and funerals, and planning special events.

MISSIONS TEAM
The Mission Team is responsible for our involvement in local and world missions. This team helps people in our church family get involved in short-term mission trips and partnering with local ministries like Rachel’s Hope and Youth for Christ as well as connecting Bethlehem to Free Methodist World Missions.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS TEAM
The Buildings and Grounds Team is responsible for both exterior and mechanical maintenance of Bethlehem’s property. This team makes sure our grounds are mowed and shoveled, and keeps our furnaces, air conditioning, plumbing, and lights working properly.

CARE TEAM
The Care Team is responsible for providing assistance to those in our church family with needs. The team provides freezer meals or gift cards for families dealing with health issues or loss. They also assist families in times of difficulties and need. To extend Bethlehem’s reach into the community, 20% of what is given to the Care Team’s benevolence fund is donated to Austin’s Salvation Army.

FINANCE TEAM
The Finance Team is responsible for our church’s financial matters. This team includes the weekly ushers and tellers, as well as the church treasurer and assistant treasurer who keeps Bethlehem’s monthly financials up to date, and the group who sets the yearly budget.
